Troubleshooting account sign-in

Activating your Apple Podcasts Connect account ensures you have access to the platform’s features. When you log in, if you see a message prompting you to complete your account activation, it means there are a couple of important steps you need to take.

To fully activate your account:

1. Verify that your account is fully activated by adding a valid payment method. You won’t be charged until you make a purchase.
2. Agree to the Apple Media Service Terms and Conditions:

• From any computer, open a web browser, go to podcasts.apple.com, and sign in to Apple Podcasts. Follow the prompts to review and agree to the terms. You can also use Apple Music, the App Store, or the iTunes Store.
• From an iOS device, go to Settings > Apple Account > Media & Purchases and sign in with your email address. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the process.
  

Note: You can’t use Managed Apple Accounts for Apple Podcasts Connect.
