Set up contact information
Apple requires you to provide contact information for the following categories: Senior Management, Finance, Technical, Legal, and Marketing. You need to choose a contact for each category. The same person can have multiple roles. Apple Podcasts may contact these individuals regarding promotional opportunities or issues affecting their area of interest.
Add contacts
- Click Agreements in Apple Podcasts Connect.
- Click “Set Up Tax, Banking, and Contacts Info” or Podcasts.
- Scroll to Contacts. There are roles for Senior Management, Finance, Technical, Legal, and Marketing.
- Select the role for which you’re adding a contact.
- Complete the form, then click Add.
The Contacts tab of Agreements, Tax, and Banking shows a complete list of your contacts.
Edit contacts
- Click Agreements in Apple Podcasts Connect.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Select the name of the contact you’d like to edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.
If you need to add a new contact or change a contact’s role, go to the Agreements tab.
Delete contacts
- Click Agreements in Apple Podcasts Connect.
- Click Podcasts.
- Verify whether the contact you want to delete is marked as “in use” on this page:
- If they are, replace them with a new or existing contact.
- If not, return to the previous page.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Select the contact you’d like to delete and confirm you want to delete them.
